Confectioner Sugar 6X, 10X, 12X
Confections (Powdered) sugar refers to any of a variety of refined sugars that have been finely ground into a powdery form. Frequently added is an anti-caking agent such as  corn starch to facilitate its free flow characteristics. Referred to as powdered sugar (in the U.S.) and icing sugar in the U.K. and Canada). Descriptors: 6X, 10X, 12X generally indicates how much finer they are than granulated table sugar.
