Dark Brown Sugar
Dark brown sugar is refined white sugar with a heavy coating of molasses.. Due to the higher molasses content, the sugar has a darker brown color and is more moist and  sticky than light brown sugar and white granulated sugar. Dark brown sugar has a deeper caramel / molasses flavor that adds more depth of flavor to recipes like Blondie’s, banana layer cake, chocolate chip cookies, etc…
